Peter Manfredo Jr. is a retired American professional boxer who was born on October 26, 1980 in Providence, Rhode Island. He comes from a family of boxers, with his father, Peter Manfredo Sr., and uncle, Jerry, also being professional boxers.
Manfredo began his professional career in 2000 and became well known for his appearances on the reality show, The Contender, in 2005. He had a successful career, with a record of 40 wins, 7 losses, and 1 draw, and won titles in various weight classes.
Manfredo retired from boxing in 2014 and went on to become a trainer and promoter. He is also involved in various charitable causes, including raising funds for the Rhode Island chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
